i tried CAPSIPLEX AND APPETITE SUPPRESSOR 4 days
The result was frustrating
Because I suffered from side effects since the first day
I was stiffness in my hands and my feet, i stop use APPETITE SUPPRESSOR and I have continued to take capsiplex because as they told its natural
but I could not sleep and suffered from insomnia, headache with stiff limbs
On the fourth day increased pain and my face swelled up and I think that is the sensitivity of
therefor decided not take these pills, and relied healthy diet with practice of sport

I Stopped capisplex
I went to the Doctor and i make an analysis of the blood
And everything was normal
I dont know what happened to me all this in the period of using caplisplex
Today I went back and used capsiplex and see What will happen

I'm a new customer to these pills. I exercise twice a week cardio and eat very healthy. I just wanted to lose half a stone for my wedding and thought these would help. Time is very restrictive at the mo and can not increase my exercise sessions. I follow a healthy eating plan and now taking these pills and NOTHING. If anything I have put on 1.5lbs. Please tell me WHY?
